The Role
TheĀ Head of PeopleĀ at Factorial will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and people operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports Factorial's business objectives and growth plans
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent
- Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
- Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of People, Chief People Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role in a SaaS or technology company
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
