Role Summary
- Assume the role of the technical guardian of the RICA Seed Centre's electrical systems.
- Steer all phases of design to commissioning for the next two years, ensuring SANS compliance and technical excellence.
- Oversee all electrical installations and ensure compliance with national codes and safety regulations.
- Manage the site electrical team.
Role Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and electrical simulation software.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English. French competency is a bonus.
- Registered with a valid certificate from the Institution of Engineers and must hold valid RURA certifications.

The Role: As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be the technical guardian of the RICA Seed Centre's electrical systems at the RICA Campus in Bugesera. Over the next two years, you will lead the design to commissioning phases, ensuring SANS compliance and technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with national codes and safety regulations, and managing the site electrical team.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Advanced proficiency in CAD and electrical simulation software. - Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English; French is a plus. - Registered with a valid certificate from the Institution of Engineers and possess valid RURA certifications.
