    • Previous experience in warehouse or production (preferred but not essential).

Salary will start from £13.00ph depending on experience.

Shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break

The role

We are looking for an Production Supervisor to help us sustain and grow an operation of excellence. You will manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery.

As a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the set up of the shift, including covering the release of daily orders when needed
  • Manage the team of operatives to fill, pack and ship at the required productivity level with accuracy and quality at the forefront of the mind
  • Motivate all operatives to achieve the targets set
  • Ensuring quality and site standards are maintained to the highest level
  • Opening and Closing of the building

Requirements

  • Strong people skills, ability to motivate and complete the task in hand with your team
  • Manage multiple tasks at once
  • Work to deadlines, enthusiastic and used to a fast paced environment
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to use a computer to complete tasks
  • Strong sense of team working and commitment to our company values
  • A positive, get up and go attitude at all times
