GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. More recently, GoHenry moved into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns.
Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. GoHenry offers a debit card and app for kids and teens and companion apps for the family, with in-app tools for sending money, automating allowance, managing chores, setting savings goals, giving to charity, and in-app financial education lessons where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and earn points & badges. The role
GoHenry is seeking a Head of Growth to oversee the UK Performance Marketing team and activities. Reporting to the UK VP of Marketing, the Head of Growth is accountable for ensuring the most efficient paid and organic media channel mix is tested and applied, and that messaging, search engine, and platform optimisations are used to meet the activated customer growth and CAC targets.
This person should have deep empathy for our customers, the ability to make and drive data-driven decisions and inspire internal & external partners, and a proven track record of surpassing business goals and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth programs alongside the UK VP of Marketing to achieve KPIs and business goals
- Develop and manage UK media channel strategies, including paid, organic, affiliate, and referral programs
- Significantly improve current campaign / channel efficiency through testing and optimization. Oversee channel performance reporting, analysis, and campaign evaluation across all media channels
- Partner with data analytics to continuously improve reporting and automation to further improve efficiency and drive volumes.
- Partner with the creative studio to deliver engaging and relevant advertising campaigns
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering collaboration and development
- Consistently deliver and exceed ambitious performance goals on time and on budget
- Own a high-performing growth program combining data-driven experimentation, deep customer understanding, and a high level of creativity
Requirements:
- Substantive and demonstrative experience acting in a senior marketing role, leading growth for a scaling B2C product
- Deep empathy and passion for our customer and their experience with GoHenry
- Ability to align company vision and organisational goals with team execution
- Results-driven professional with a mindset of relentless experimentation across existing channels while constantly finding and growing new acquisition channels
- Demonstrated experience motivating, supporting, and developing team members to meet performance expectations, and build their careers
- Experience in researching, planning, testing, scaling, and executing media channel strategy to successfully contribute toward growth
- Experience managing budgets, balancing multiple demands and ensuring the best value and return on our investments in marketing
