The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Flash Pack, you will take the lead in developing, implementing and optimising dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires a versatile marketer with a broad skill set across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, boost engagement, and enhance retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering impactful marketing results across a range of digital channels. You will be reporting into our Performance Marketing Manager, in a cross-country marketing team located across the UK and US.
In line with our transparent salary framework, the salary for this role is £43,300 - £50,700 depending on experience.
Where you will spend your time:
Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including paid search, paid social, display, email marketing, and more.
Analyse performance data to fine-tune campaigns and achieve objectives, utilising A/B testing, segmentation, and other advanced strategies.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.
Manage budgets efficiently, maximising ROI across all marketing activities.
Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to increase traffic and conversions from diverse sources.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Support the implementation and management of marketing tools and platforms.
What we’d love to see from you:
Hands-on Digital Marketing Experience: Having 1-3 years of practical experience across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) is critical. This ensures the candidate can manage and optimize campaigns effectively across different platforms.
Experience with Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Lightdash is necessary to interpret data and apply insights to campaign strategies.
Experience in Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in efficiently managing marketing budgets to minimize unit costs is important, given the role’s emphasis on cost efficiency.
Experience in A/B Testing and Segmentation: Experience with advanced strategies like A/B testing and segmentation will be beneficial for refining campaigns and achieving cost-effective marketing results.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. The ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial. The role involves fine-tuning campaigns to minimize unit costs and achieve marketing objectives, which requires a strategic and analytical approach.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: The digital marketing landscape evolves quickly, so being adaptable and staying current with industry trends is essential. Proactively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement will help ensure success.
Collaboration and Communication: As this role involves working closely with creative and technical teams, effective communication and collaboration are vital. Being able to convey complex ideas clearly and work well with others will enhance campaign execution and consistency.
Attention to Detail and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Our interviews take place on Google Meet and usually consist of the following stages:
Introductory chat with our talent team to see if there is a match (30 mins)
An interview with the hiring manager to hear more about your background and experience and to give you a deep dive into the role (45 mins)
A culture and ways of working interview to see your ways of working are a match with ours (30 mins)
Some roles may have extra stages, but we will let you know as soon as possible in the process if this is the case.
