Blackbird is hiring an Investor Relations Associate. We are looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to supercharge engagement with our investors, building their trust and confidence in Blackbird as stewards of their capital. You will be a key part of delivering a world-class experience for investors through your attention to detail and delivering delightful interactions.

The Role: In your first 12 months, you will be responsible for data & reporting, execution excellence, process improvement, tracking Blackbird’s success, and collaboration. You will ensure our quarterly and other investor materials are accurate, insightful, and timely. This includes quarterly reporting, presentations, due diligence documents and ad-hoc data requests. You will implement operational procedures that help us better manage investor reporting, meetings, webinars and events. You will proactively manage scheduling, agendas, and completion of action items. You will work closely with Blackbird’s operations, investments and community teams to ensure timely and accurate information flows.

Job Requirements: Your background is less important than the key skills, which include attention to detail, continuous improvement, project management, problem solving, hospitality mindset, and exceptional communication skills. Prior experience in data, process improvement, or project management within accounting/audit, fund accounting, or fund operations is highly relevant to this role.
