Role Summary
- Working in the Car Finance Customer Operations Team to streamline the Hire Purchase deals.
- Assessing applicant affordability and making lending decisions with guidance.
- Identifying potential improvements in processes through automation and AI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Providing real-time customer support and promptly adapting to changes in processes and software.
Role Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and adaptable to changes.
- Proactive problem solver, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in online customer support, Collections, Underwriting, or Complaints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on few weekend days every month.

You will also identify areas for process improvement via automation and AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Your role involves providing real-time customer support and adapting quickly to changes in processes and software.
Job requirements We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, adaptable, and comfortable with change. You should be proactive in finding solutions, skilled at simplifying complex information, and open to feedback. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in online customer support, Collections, Underwriting, or Complaints is required. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, and you must be able to work a couple of weekend days per month.
