Role Summary

  • Engaging with SME business owners to understand their needs and goals.
  • Promoting and driving sign-ups for our FlexiPay product.
  • Converting leads into active users and fostering repeat engagement.
  • Gathering customer insights to inform product enhancement.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a phone-based sales environment.
  • Ambition to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

The role of an Account Executive in FlexiPay involves personal support for our customers. You will speak to a diverse range of SME business owners to gain an understanding of their business, find out about their goals and explain how Funding Circle can help in achieving them. You will be responsible for driving sign-ups, converting leads and encouraging repeat usage of the product whilst also collecting valuable customer insights.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a telesales or phone based environment, who is motivated by success in numbers and driven to achieve monthly targets. Good organisation skills and ability to manage your workload autonomously is a must.
