Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in Financial Services, consulting, or similar roles within FS firms.

- Eagerness to design solutions and drive execution across various domains.
- Stakeholder management skills, including those in business and technology sectors.
- Project management expertise, including risk assessment and timeline management.
- History of delivering high-quality work rapidly and efficiently.
- Team player with a strong motivation to implement projects and inspire contribution.
- Experience in Payments or fast-growth companies is beneficial.

The role: Checkout.com is actively seeking an ambitious self starter to join our growing in-house Corporate Transformation team in London. The successful candidate will be working on delivering our most critical and strategic projects across products, functions and geographies, with exposure to departmental heads and senior leaders across the organisation. The role is expected to be hands-on in design and execution of complex projects with a meaningful impact on the organisation within an innovative and fast growing environment.
Job requirements: 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, either consulting or within FS firms. Experience in large transformation programmes. Experience in developing strategy/ strategic initiatives. Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Willingness to get hands-on in designing solutions and driving execution, often beyond your immediate area of expertise. Comfortable and confident in managing stakeholders (both business and technology). Comfortable in working outside your direct area of expertise. Strong attention to detail and core project management skills (e.g. perform risk assessments, manage project timelines and identify interdependencies, risks and issues). Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A standout colleague who will implement projects effectively and motivate others to contribute. Experience in Payments and/ or fast growth companies will be an advantage.
