- Manage a portfolio of GMS stores and strategically optimize product placement.
- Negotiate sales listings and execute promotional operations.
- Conduct market analysis, report on sector trends, and provide quality reporting to headquarters.
- Utilize tools for in-store surveys to enhance category performance.
- Previous sales experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong commercial acumen, initiative, and a passion for organic food.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team-oriented attitude.

- Willingness to travel weekly and a B license holder.
- Residence near Saint Brieuc preferred.

The role - As a Sector Manager, you will be responsible for following and developing your portfolio of GMS stores, negotiating the listing of points of sale, optimizing and defending the placement of our products in stores, selling promotional operations and obtaining the best locations, having a categorical approach to optimize the performance of categories, products that make it up and the point of sale, ensuring quality reporting to headquarters, by raising relevant information related to the market, competitors, customers, making linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores of his sector.
Job requirements - You have a first commercial experience (field or store) in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS, you are rigorous and master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular). Your commercial temperament and your ability to undertake will be your best assets to succeed in this position and give a particular meaning to your career by joining our teams. You have a real sensitivity to organic food and the issues it represents and benefit from excellent interpersonal skills by combining both autonomy and team spirit. Finally, a nature lover, you identify with our company values CARE (Cooperation, Agility, Responsibility & Entrepreneurship) Holder of a B license, you accept weekly trips. Ideal home location: Saint Brieuc.
