- Role Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service for both UK and international clients via social media, live chat, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and merchandising teams to tailor the online and email experience for your territory.
- Act as an internal advocate for customer needs within your designated territory.
- Role Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and PC skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for sports is an advantage.
- Fluency in another language is a plus but not mandatory.

SportPursuit is an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space. We are growing fast internationally and are looking for bright, talented individuals with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.
The role of Customer Service Champion is the most important role in our business. You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, and will be responsible for responding to customer queries through social media, live chat, email and phone. You will also be an internal champion for your territory, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.
Job requirements include excellent English written and verbal communication skills, a great eye for detail, strong analytical and PC skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A love of sport is a bonus, and fluency in another language is desirable but not essential.
Benefits include a salary of £24,000 pro-rata, 25 days of holiday a year with the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days, the ability to work anywhere in the world for up to 30 working days a year, a workplace pension, a Learning and Development budget, staff discount for access to great quality kit, and a hybrid working model.
