What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities: 

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.  Communication: Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.  Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Draft SOP's, policies and manuals. Event Planning: Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.  Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 

What are we looking for?

Must Have: 

Experience as an Executive Assistant, OR in a similar administrative role.  Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.  Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.  High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. 

  Should Have: 

Experience working in a non-profit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organisation.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.  A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
