The Role We are seeking a talented and driven Website Optimization Manager to join our small but dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's performance, enhancing user experience, and driving conversion rates. This role will optimise the user experience and increase conversion and on-line sales in order to drive commercial growth. This will be done by analysing site traffic for trends, using patterns to identify and quantify customer behaviour and making recommendations to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates. It will help to shape and drive initiatives through the e-commerce roadmap, and maintain a cycle of continuous improvement by measuring, testing, and holding retrospectives on all projects. This role will work with our Product and Design teams on optimising existing customer journeys, and new customer experiences, maximising upcoming exhibitions and aligning with stakeholders within the museum to ensure our e-commerce offering evolves to customer needs.
