The chair of the board of trustees for "Being The Cure" plays a critical role in advancing the charity's mission. The board chair's leadership is instrumental in ensuring that the organisation remains focused on its core objective, which is to cultivate the next generation of societal heroes through evidence-based character education. This includes instilling values such as humility, honesty, and kindness in children and young people. The chair helps to steer the strategic direction of the charity, supports governance and compliance, and enhances fundraising efforts to secure the resources needed for these educational programs.
