- Role Summary:
- Perform thorough inspections of cleaning and maintenance work across various office spaces.
- Swiftly address any problems, including restocking essentials and ensuring top-notch cleanliness.
- Document inspection results and communicate any issues to the relevant teams.
- Recommend improvements to cleaning procedures and collaborate with suppliers to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct inventory checks for supplies and services to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Role Requirements:
- Experience in quality inspection, cleaning, or facilities management, ideally within managed offices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites, potentially during non-standard hours.

The Role:
As our Facilities Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our client spaces remain pristine and reflect Kitt’s high standards. Your meticulous inspections and keen eye for detail will ensure that our spaces continue to be places that are worth leaving home for.
- Conducting detailed inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks completed by suppliers and Kitt staff across various office areas.
- Proactively rectifying problems identified during the day, such as restocking food and beverages.
- Ensuring that all spaces, including individual offices, communal areas and toilets meet our stringent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Documenting inspection results, highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance, and reporting these to the Soft FM or wider Operations team.
- Assessing the effectiveness of cleaning procedures and recommending enhancements where necessary
- Collaborating with the cleaning suppliers or other staff to address immediate cleaning needs or correct any deficiencies found, helping them maintain and exceed our service standards
- Managing inventory checks for cleaning supplies and other services, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
About You:
- Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, facilities management or a related field, particularly within managed offices
- You possess an unwavering attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision (where appropriate)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and their importance in maintaining a safe working environment.
- You are physically capable of visiting multiple sites across London, including at night
- Clean driving licence
