The Role: As the Tupande Production Lead, you will be a systems-driven leader responsible for scaling crop value chains for over 400,000 farmers. Your main tasks will include leading national operations, building SOP-driven playbooks, and managing technical teams to transform pilots into national-scale systems. This role is crucial for achieving massive farmer impact through improved production strategies and operational efficiencies across diverse geographic regions.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in decentralized or rural settings. You should have a proven track record of scaling projects from pilot phases to national rollouts, and be skilled in process engineering and data literacy. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, or a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA or Master’s in a management-focused discipline.
