Role Summary
- Drive data maturity with self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and gather requirements.
- Train and enable business users on Tableau and other analytics tools.
- Define and measure KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a centralized 'single source of truth' for business KPIs.
- Promote best practices in analytics and support data culture growth within the company.
Role Requirements

The role entails driving data maturity through self-service analytics. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, gather requirements and to help and train them on our self-service analytics platform such as Tableau. You will help define KPIs and metrics to measure performance for the different product domains. You will also set up training for non-coding Circlers to enable them to build reports & dashboards. You will help define and build “one source of truth” for business KPIs and metrics. You will be an advocate for the use of analytics best practices and help support data culture initiatives to grow data maturity at Funding Circle.
Job requirements include strong data storytelling ability, caring about the user experience for data consumers, believing in the potential of data to drive better business outcomes, having BI Tooling experience such as Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with tooling such as dbt.
