The role involves dealing with inbound enquiries, via telephone or email answering borrower questions/queries. You will be nudging outreach to pre-qualified leads, helping borrowers complete their application. You will be required to request information from SME owners either by email or telephone. You will also need to update the Salesforce CRM system with all relevant information so that loan applications can move through our funnel from application to offer. You will develop strong working relationships with direct sales teams and support the Direct business reporting by keeping information accurate and updated.

We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team. You should be dynamic and KPI driven with the ability to work well under pressure. You should be proficient at multitasking with strong time management skills and have a transparent communication with the customer - both good and bad. You should be adaptable and ready to provide feedback on products and how customers are feeling to help aid future improvements.
