- Develop and implement the School Engagement Strategic plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the school community.
- Create a content marketing strategy for NFER Classroom to boost brand awareness.
- Manage and produce content for various social media channels.
- Proven marketing and communications experience.
- Expertise in brand and social media coordination.
- Knowledge of marketing communications planning.
- Ability to create high-quality marketing materials across different media.
- Skilled in using website CMS and email systems.
- Competency in managing external marketing communications suppliers.
- Adept at data analysis for marketing planning and execution.
- Strong project management abilities.

The role: As our School Engagement Manager, you will deliver our School Engagement Strategic plan and nurture positive relationships with the school community in support of our goals. You will have the chance to work on our NFER Classroom brand, creating a content marketing strategy to help increase awareness of our organisation and its resources amongst schools. Managing our social media channels, you will also produce engaging, user-friendly and valuable content for schools.
Job requirements: Demonstrable experience in marketing and communications, with experience of co-ordinating brand and social media activities. Sound understanding of the marketing communications planning process, with experience of developing integrated plans. Experience developing high-quality marketing and brand collateral across media. Experience of using website content management systems and email delivery systems. Experience of planning, managing and evaluating the work of external marketing communications suppliers. Experience of analysing data to inform marketing planning and delivery. Strong project management skills.
Benefits: We offer 30 days annual leave plus 4 paid closure days, 10% pension contributions, enhanced maternity/parental leave, and paid compassionate leave. This role is available part time, as a job share or full time (35 hours). We offer other flexible working options such as compressed hours available from day one.
