Role Summary
- Develop strategies to plant 100 million trees and generate significant impact for Ethiopian farmers by 2030.
- Successfully manage field trials, data, and scaling initiatives.
- Oversee a team of innovators and specialists, closely collaborating with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing complex agricultural projects or operations.
- Track record of designing and executing field trials or pilot programs.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and drive strategic decisions.
- Prior experience of managing large teams.
- Proficiency in English; Amharic is preferred.

The Role: As the Innovations & Growth Lead for our Ethiopia program, you will be a crucial part of our leadership team in one of our fastest-growing country programs. You will develop strategies to plant 100 million trees and generate over $100M in additional impact for 440,000 Ethiopian farmers by 2030. This role involves designing field trials, managing data, and scaling successful initiatives. You will lead a team of innovators and pilot specialists and work closely with our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team.
Job Requirements: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex projects or operations, particularly in agricultural innovation, extension, research & development, or related fields. - Proven ability to design and execute field trials or pilot programs. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make strategic decisions. - Experience managing large teams. - Proficiency in English; Amharic preferred.
