As we navigate through rapid growth, we're looking for a passionate Data Storyteller who can harness the power of mobile and digital interaction data to uncover the next key business milestones. Here, your curiosity meets our cutting-edge projects, expanding your knowledge in Marketing Automation, Data, and Analytics.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Data-Driven Narratives:Guide the team in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You're not just presenting data; you're telling its story.
  • Innovate with Technology: Utilize and implement the latest in data and analytics technologies, moving beyond traditional pivot tables to create engaging analytics experiences. Your tools include industry leaders like Snowflake, DBT, and Streamlit.
  • Collaborate for Success:Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into future solutions. Your mission is to enhance our customers' understanding and use of data.
  • Develop Advanced Solutions: Build and oversee the development of new tools and products in Python and SQL that innovate how data and analytics are delivered. Explore data use cases that extend into Machine Learning and statistical modeling, setting new benchmarks for analytics excellence.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the Analytics Consulting team.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing role supporting data/analytics products and solutions, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Statistical and Data Science tools
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools such as git for version control
  • Experience building analytics with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
  • Proficient with machine learning packages such as sci-kit-learn, tensor flow
  • Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic narratives.
  • Innovation Mindset: A forward-thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with customer engagement technologies and cross-digital channel campaign management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling.
  • Experience with Streamlit and Snowflake Certification.
