  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $81,000 to $90,000/year with On Target Earnings of $90,000 to $100,000/year. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a vital partner to our sales leadership team in North America, focusing on informing our sales strategy to drive short and long term revenue growth.

This role is part Strategy and part Operations and involves a holistic, end-to-end view of the business. You will be expected to develop a point of view on the challenges that come your way. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of success in driving sales growth.  This role requires a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with various teams and drive initiatives that contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own critical functions essential to driving sales performance, productivity, and efficiency in the U.S. and Canada, across all segments of the business
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to identify short and long-term resources needed to drive growth targets
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership on territory planning, headcount allocation, and quota setting
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs, market trends, and competitive insights to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive productivity and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and manage sales-related projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Partner with our Systems and Business Intelligence teams to manage available data sources, and produce clear, digestible reporting with actionable business insights
  • Support team initiatives such as planning, ROI analysis, and performance analysis

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue Operations, at a high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • 4+ years owning territory management, quota setting, commissions, and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI strongly preferred

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $81,000 and $90,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between$90,000 and $100,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
