Role Summary

  • Lead and expand Forest's sponsorship initiatives
  • Manage the entire commercial lifecycle, including strategy development, market introduction, deal execution, and partner management
  • Drive new business acquisition, constituting about 75% of your role
  • Manage existing partnerships and ensure they meet their commercial goals
  • Commercialize Forest's owned IP, including Lead Partner sponsorship across our bike fleet.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in sectors like media, outdoor advertising, sports, mobility, or entertainment
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition, commercializing IP rights, and managing complex negotiations
  • Experience with top London rights-selling and media agencies
  • Ability to strategically market sponsorship products

We collaborate with innovative brands and platforms to leverage our bikes, app, and data ecosystem for increased awareness, engagement, and impactful outcomes.

The role As the Head of Sponsorship at Forest, you will lead and expand our sponsorship initiatives, managing the entire commercial lifecycle. This includes strategy development, market introduction, deal execution, and partner management, with a focus on maximizing long-term value. Your role will primarily involve acquiring new business, constituting about 75% of your time, while the remaining 25% will be dedicated to managing existing partnerships and agencies to ensure they meet their commercial goals. You will be responsible for the commercialization of Forest's owned intellectual property, particularly our Lead Partner sponsorship across our bike fleet, a prominent asset in London.

Job requirements The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within sectors like media, outdoor advertising, sports, mobility, or entertainment. You should have a proven track record in new business acquisition, commercializing IP rights, and managing complex negotiations with senior stakeholders. Experience with top London rights-selling and media agencies is crucial, along with the ability to strategically market sponsorship products.
