We ensure the next generation finds the future they deserve and the 300+ businesses we partner with (including the likes of Amazon, Google & Goldman Sachs) identify the most powerful pipeline of tomorrow’s talent. Here at Bright Network, we’re going through an extended period of growth, and our Member Marketing Team are now on the lookout for an Acquisition Lead to join them on their journey…
The role As our Acquisition Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our member community, with primary ownership of paid acquisition channels and a strong contribution to broader acquisition and engagement strategy. You'll work collaboratively with our wider Marketing team to deliver data-led campaigns that grow our member base, increase engagement, and ensure Bright Network remains the go-to platform for ambitious students and graduates across the UK. While paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) will be your core focus, this role sits within a wider acquisition ecosystem. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure paid activity is aligned to overall growth targets, member demand, and performance across organic, social, SEO, partnerships, and direct channels.
Job requirements Hands-on paid media experience with demonstrable expertise across Meta and Google, managing and optimising campaigns end-to-end with a track record of hitting acquisition or engagement targets. Proven ability to develop and execute acquisition strategies (not just manage campaigns), including being comfortable owning KPIs, budgets, and performance forecasting. Experience working across multiple channels, with a clear understanding of how paid, organic, and content work together to drive growth. A data-driven mindset, comfortable in Ad platforms and data visualisation and reporting tools, letting performance data inform your decisions. Comfortable owning budgets and making commercial decisions - not just executing against a set spend. A creative eye, understanding what resonates with a young audience and able to brief designers effectively to bring that to life. Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders.
Benefits An exceptional benefits package including: extremely generous holiday allowance (28 days + bank holidays + 2 week Christmas closure), flexible working & "work from anywhere" policy, £50 monthly wellbeing budget, enhanced Aviva pension, private healthcare with Bupa, enhanced parental leave, regular team socials & more!
