Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in tour operator or luxury travel, preferably Asian Pacific sector.
- Diverse personal travel experience within Asia, Australasia, and the Indian Subcontinent.
- Aptitude for forming lasting relationships with notable verbal and written communication skills.

- Work timings are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm in Shoreditch, usually 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.

The role: As a Senior Travel Designer specializing in the Asia Pacific region, you will create bespoke, sustainable trips that connect guests with authentic, life-changing journeys. Your responsibilities include crafting unique and personalized travel itineraries, converting high-value leads into bookings, and managing follow-up administrative tasks. You will engage directly with guests through phone calls, video calls, and emails to understand their travel aspirations and curate sophisticated itineraries.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of four years’ experience in a tour operator or luxury travel environment, ideally with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. You should have extensive personal travel experience within Asia, Australasia, and the Indian Subcontinent. A natural relationship-builder, you should be energized by speaking with guests and forming long-lasting connections. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
