Your responsibilities will include sourcing new ambassadors, managing and deepening relationships with existing ones, and ensuring they are fully engaged and satisfied with their partnership with Runna. This role involves a mix of remote and in-person activities, including meetings and event participation.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing creator relationships or similar commercial roles, preferably in the fitness industry. You should have a proven track record of building strong relationships, crafting compelling commercial proposals, and managing multiple projects efficiently. A passion for running and a 'get things done' attitude are essential.
