The Role
- Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate data and efficient processes
- Manage delivery planning, transport coordination, and last-mile distribution
- Support team development, strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement of logistics operations.
Role Requirements
- 4+ years experience in supply chain, operations, logistics or procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics or related field
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive change
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an organizational and detailed approach to work
- Data analytical skills and people management abilities

The Role The Logistics Specialist oversees inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and strong KPI performance. It manages delivery planning, transport coordination, and last-mile distribution to ensure the timely delivery of inputs to stakeholders. The position also supports team development, strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement of logistics operations.
Job Requirements - At least 4+ years of supply chain, operations, logistics or procurement experience. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics or related field. - Strong collaboration skills, ability to drive change, and influence others. - Proactive and ability to think ahead (i.e., foresee & mitigate risks) - Solution-oriented mindset & results-driven - Eye for detail and organized approach to work, especially when under pressure - Data analytical mindset & skills - Strong people management (coaching skills).
