Role Summary:
- Support the Artsmark Senior Officer in the operational aspects of the Artsmark Award program.

Arts Council England is an exciting organisation that invests public money to support arts, museums, and libraries. We are currently looking for an Officer for our Artsmark (Operations) team. This role is based in our Leeds office, but we support a hybrid way of working, combining remote working with regular on-site contact days.
The Role: Artsmark is Arts Council England’s national schools programme, empowering teachers with the skills they need to embed arts, culture and creativity across the whole curriculum. As an Artsmark Officer, you will support the Artsmark Senior Officer- Operations, in the day to day running of Artsmark Award including the management of school registrations, assessment processes, reporting and ongoing delivery and training for schools. You will be contributing to the day-to-day delivery of Artsmark Award including managing school registrations, assessment and awards processes, and maintaining and providing information and management data.
Job Requirements: You will provide information, advice and guidance (both internally and externally) regarding Artsmark Award and oversee the management of the Artsmark inbox. You will ensure appropriate templates and resource materials are available to support schools to develop their arts and cultural offer.
Benefits: We offer a salary of £30,631 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
