About Christ in the Community CIC: Christ in the Community CIC is dedicated to inspiring and equipping the Church to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through community initiatives. We aim to help churches understand their role as the hands and feet of Christ, and how to actualise this mission in today's cultural and political climate. We support community members experiencing challenges due to education, poverty, or mental health difficulties. By partnering with churches, we aim to extend our support and outreach, hence spreading the Gospel. We are currently focused on implementing several outreach programs and are keen to invest in opportunities for young people. Role Responsibilities:

Support and Equip Church Partners: Work with Church Teams to achieve key strategic goals that foster social transformation changes within their communities. Manage Relationships: Oversee partnerships with churches in the South East, ensuring program delivery is successful and churches feel supported by Christ in the Community. Empower Church Programs: Help churches feel empowered and take ownership of their community programs. Fundraising Support: Assist church partners with fundraising challenges, providing strategic support and connecting them with the wider team for additional assistance. Line Management and Training: Oversee performance management for church partners, deliver regular feedback, report on key performance indicators, and conduct reviews throughout the year. Identify training needs and design and run training initiatives to meet these needs, including all-team training days and role-specific training streams. Develop Program Curricula: Design curricula for all our programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our community and church partners.

What are we looking for?
