- Develop training for non-coders to model data according to best practices.
- Identify and optimize data modelling opportunities across company domains.
- Design and implement best practices for data modelling and processing.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar data processing languages.
- Extensive experience with dbt (data build tool).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for leveraging data to drive business value and inspire others.
- Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role involves setting up training for non-coding Circlers to enable them to model data to best practices. You will identify actions and optimisation opportunities for modelled data across our domains. You will play a key role in designing and establishing best practices for modelling and processing data.
Job requirements include proficiency in SQL/ Python/ Pyspark and/or other languages relevant to data processing, extensive experience in dbt, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, a passion for creating business value through data and to inspire others, strong communication skill and the ability to translate technical skills to non-technical stakeholders.
