Role Requirements:A minimum of 8 to 10 years in senior Compliance roles, with a strong focus on KYC, AML/CFT, Sanctions, and Screening.Prior experience as an appointed MLRO before CBUAE is necessary.Exceptional proficiency in English, with Arabic as an advantage.A deep understanding of the UAE and Middle East markets, preferably in Fintech or payments compliance.

The Role We’re looking for a MLRO, UAE to strengthen our Compliance Team. Based in our Dubai office, you will work with a growing team of multidisciplinary specialists and stakeholders. You will also manage and strengthen the teams’ relationships with regulators by being the regulator’s first point of contact, keeping everybody informed and protecting our most valuable asset - our customers.
Job Requirements Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a previous Compliance senior role with robust knowledge on Compliance topics around KYC, AML/CFT, Sanctions, Screening etc. Previous experience as appointed MLRO before CBUAE. You are proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic would be a plus. Knowledge and experience (preferably within Fintech and or payments compliance) in the UAE and Middle East markets.
