Role Summary

The role - what the role entails. As a senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our exciting, nascent multi-product experience and our newly created design language. The role sits within the Product Design team; part of the Product department, a group of talented Product Managers, Analysts and other Product Designers. You will work closely and collaboratively, with Product Managers, Analysts and Engineers to create experiences that are undoubtedly intuitive, engaging and strategically driven.
Job requirements - any requirements mentioned. We hope to speak with applicants who have an evident record in following similarly effective ways of working. Ability to autonomously drive end-to-end design projects. Mastery of iterative design processes (lean UX, design sprints) and user experience design methodologies. Ability to conduct user testing and work with data tools. Ability to create elegant and systematic product UI. Excellent understanding of UX and UI patterns in both responsive web and native experiences. Ability to present designs, argue compellingly about design proposals and voice user experience considerations. Proficiency in using Figma to produce UI deliverables and design systems. A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UX and UI work, preferably for products in use.
