  • Role Summary:
    • Join the Research and Product Operations team to manage and deploy a field workforce in UK schools.
    • Administer assessments, collect data, and ensure quality experiences for associates and schools.

  • Role Requirements:
    • Proactive and solution-focused attitude with multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and macros; familiarity with Microsoft365.
    • Experience in R, VBScript, or similar languages, Power Query, and MS Forms is desirable.

The Role - Associate Workforce Manager As an Operational Associate Workforce Manager, you’ll join our Research and Product Operations team, working closely with colleagues across NFER to provide the appropriate field workforce to represent NFER in schools across the UK, administering assessments, collecting data and ensuring quality. You will maintain and develop the systems and processes used to manage the operational associate workforce. You will ensure that our associates and schools have a productive, enjoyable and fulfilling experience in working with NFER through providing a positive “customer experience”.

Job Requirements Ideally, you will be proactive and solution focussed, confident at working at pace across multiple projects and have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. You will need excellent Excel skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft365, nested formulae and macros with the ability to assimilate information and translate requirements into administrative practicalities. Knowledge or experience of, working in R, VBScript, or similar languages, Power Query and MS Forms would be desirable. If you meet 70% or more of what we’re looking for, please still apply.
