- Role Summary:
- Assist the Global Recruitment Team, particularly the Operations sub-team.
- Report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator and work collaboratively with the global team.
- Conduct recurring tasks to maintain seamless recruitment operations.
- Handle candidate screening and selection, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage the candidate database and use the Applicant Tracking System to track and analyze recruitment data.
- Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic data analysis skills and pattern recognition.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented mindset, and curiosity.
- Proficiency in English.

The Role The Global Recruitment Intern will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team. You will report to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator and you will also collaboratively work with others on the global team. You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors. You will oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates and enjoy winning in the details. You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns An ability to maintain Excel or Google Sheets/trackers Collaboration experience with different stakeholders Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail. Proficiency in English
Benefits Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
