Role Summary:Manage and grow our US-based community of health professionals and ambassadors.Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the US community.Lead the ambassador program and coaching network, driving growth and education initiatives.Implement digital processes for team efficiency and manage the Health professional outreach strategy.Track engagement and conversions, and onboard new community members.Oversee communications, partnerships, rewards, and events to engage our community.Be the Vivobarefoot brand ambassador at key US events, with a willingness to travel.
Role Requirements:Proven experience in building and executing community strategies, particularly within health and wellness.Strong existing networks in the health, outdoor, and fitness spaces.Advocacy for barefoot footwear and natural health, or willingness to learn.Skills in managing community members with digital tools, including CRM systems.People management experience.Deep passion for the outdoors and alignment with Vivobarefoot's mission.Openness to candidates based in California, but all suitable applicants are welcome.

We're looking for a highly credible and experienced, brand-aligned USA-based community lead to grow our ambassador & health professional community programs. We are looking for a strategic understanding of how to grow an online & offline influencer community within natural health and/or the footwear industry and will play a leading role in growing the Vivobarefoot brand.
The role will have 3 direct report based in the US, managing the USA regional community program and activations across the US.
They will report into the Community & Education Lead based in the UK.
This is a great opportunity in playing a key part in growing Vivobarefoot’s largest market, setting the standard on how we deliver community globally.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Managingour existing community of health practitioners, doctors, personaltrainers and physiotherapists in the US.
- Buildinga strategic growth plan for US – then executing the plan.
- Managingour regional ambassador program and delivering growth for the USA.
- Buildinga coaching network. Working closely with our head coach to deliver ourEducation.
- Creatingprocesses for the US team to thrive in a digital working environment.
- Managingthe delivery of our Health professional outreach strategy
- Supportingthe Health team activate their global coaching network, sourcing workshop,webinar and coaching opportunities for them.
- Trackingconversions of health professionals who engage with Vivohealth, and thensign up to the community program.
- Onboardingnew members to the community.
- Settingup and managing all email and communications related to the management ofthe community.
- Workingwith the Head of Digital Community and Head of Health to identify andonboard key strategic partners.
- Overseeingthe rewards and incentives for the community.
- Reportingback to the business on the health of the community networks, sharinginsightful data and insights.
- Attendingkey events in the calendar year and being the face of the brand in the USA– an interest in travel and connection with partners is key.
- Creatingonline and offline events to engage the community.
- Managingthe development of content plans for our ambassador network, to supportkey campaigns and our social media plans.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
- You have extensive experience buildingand delivering a strategy for health professional and ambassadorcommunities.
- You several years’experience in a similar role.
- Experience connecting directly withcommunities and understanding of the health, outdoor and fitness space.
- A killer book of contacts, with agreat awareness of who could be fantastic additions to the community.
- You have an excellent understanding ofand/or you’re an advocate or willing to learn the health benefits ofbarefoot footwear and natural health.
- Experience building frameworks to managelarge numbers of community members with digital tools. E.g reportingprograms, emails, CRM etc
- Experience of people managementÂ
- A deep-rooted passion for the outdoorsand nature.
