What will you be doing?
The food bank seeks to hire people with lived experience of poverty or use of food banks. As a result we sometimes have management problems with different expectations from the staff member and managers. We want to find someone who can mentor a member of staff with great skills in some areas and some development needs in others.

Experience of mentoring people with lived experience of poverty and discrimination
What difference will you make?
Your mentoring of our staff member will enable the organisation to benefit from those with lived experience of poverty and to support this member of staff with developing a sustainable career.
