What will you be doing?
The role As a Trustee of THAT Foodbank you will provide leadership and direction as a member of the Board of Trustees, supporting it to fulfil its responsibilities for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Foodbank. You will have oversight of the charity’s activities guiding it within its core purpose ensuring the Foodbank abides by its constitutional, financial and legal obligations. Working with the other Trustees you will oversee the charity’s resources and long-term plans. The qualities you will need You will have experience in working as part of a team and networking inside and outside of the organisation, ideally in a charity environment. You will have a broad range of experience in business or public service You will have excellent interpersonal, decision making and relationship building skills as well as team working, IT and presentation abilities. You will be able to demonstrate tact, integrity, accountability and objectivity and you will be passionate about the work we do and have a commitment to our charity and its cause.
