- Manage and expand a portfolio of stores in the Ile-de-France region.
- Negotiate product listings and optimize product placement.
- Drive sales and promotional strategies to increase turnover.
- Provide detailed reporting and manage business operations.
- Handle administrative duties and customer complaints.
- Commercial background with experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS.
- Strong sales skills, advisory acumen, and merchandising knowledge.
- Autonomous, analytical, and meticulous in management.
- Interest or passion for organic food is a plus.

We are looking for a Sector Manager for the Ile-de-France region. You will be responsible for following and developing your portfolio of stores, in order to develop the turnover, within the framework of the commercial policy. You will negotiate the listing of points of sale, optimize and defend the implementation of our products in stores, sell promotional operations and obtain the best locations. You will also ensure quality reporting to headquarters, manage business steering, administrative follow-up of the sector and handle complaints.
You have a commercial background and a first experience in a Specialized Circuit and/or GMS. You have a strong commercial temperament, a keen sense of advice and you master the basics of merchandising. You are autonomous and rigorous, with a good capacity for analysis and activity management. You are curious or passionate about organic food.
We offer a fixed salary x 13 months + Bonus on objectives + Participation & Interest. This position is evolving towards a head office function or another field position. We also provide a company vehicle, phone, computer, coverage of living expenses (hotel, meals...), mutual insurance and CE.
