Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- Some experience in HR or recruitment.
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment law.

The role We are looking for an HR and recruitment administrator to assist with the growing needs of our expanding business. This role is a great opportunity if you want to further develop your skills and knowledge in human resources. You will support the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR department including fulfilling recruitment needs and getting involved in all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle. You will be able to grow and develop as an HR generalist.
Job requirements -Some experience in HR and / or recruitment field, it could be through education; -General knowledge of human resources and employment law, understanding of HR best practices as well as true passion for the field and willingness to further develop in the HR function; -Familiarity with HR software HRIS and ability to learn new systems; -Active listening skills to be able to assess the issue and give pragmatic advice; -Strong organisational skills and ability to check details to ensure accuracy and efficiency; -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to achieve maximum impact upon relevant situations and audience; -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); -Agility, flexibility and adaptability to be able to work with ambiguity and changing priorities in a scale-up environment and prioritise tasks; -Ability to plan and manage your own workload efficiently; -Proactivity and flexibility – our team members work efficiently and support each other; -Fluency in English; -Right to work in the UK.
