The organisation - Sport England is appointing two Non-Executive Directors to the Board of its subsidiary, the English Sport Development Trust (ESDT). The ESDT Board oversees the campaign work of Sport England, including This Girl Can.

The role - You will serve as independent members on ESDT. You will be responsible for assessing media strategies, applying behaviour change intelligence and evaluating their impact. Sport England’s campaign work is a key pillar of the Uniting the Movement Strategy.

Job requirements - We are looking for specialist expertise in two key areas: Marketing to diverse audiences and behaviour change science relating to campaigns. Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, focusing on the impact on creating sustainable increased activity among target audiences.
