The Role As the Associate, Card Scheme Mandates, you will work in ensuring that bulletins from card schemes(Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, Discover, Diners, Carte Bancaire, Fiserv) are reviewed and disseminated to Product and Operation teams. You’ll maintain knowledge of all products and services which are offered by the card schemes. You’ll also manage the administration of new user requests to the card scheme portals and ensure that the right accesses and services are set up in accordance with procedures that are already in place.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate must be experienced and well respected, with an affinity for problem solving, eager to ensure that our ability to achieve compliance with card scheme mandates and supports Checkout’s growth and ambitions. We’re looking for 2+years’ experience in the Payments space and 2+ years’ experience in managing card scheme mandate compliance (technical, operational). You think from the customer perspective, and are always vigilant of the desired experience. Excellent administration and coordination skills, Excellent I.T. skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs etc), Excellent communication and organization skills, Proficient in English (additional fluency in French is a plus).
