Role Summary:
- Manaing daily accounting activities for the Hungarian entity.
- Applying technical expertise to deliver superior financial operations.

Role Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Sound knowledge of Hungarian GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite experience is preferred).
- Effective English language skills.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance industry is a bonus.

The Finance team plays a critical role in enabling that growth by ensuring strong financial control, trusted data, and scalable processes that support decision-making across the business.
The Role We are looking for a Finance Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities for our Hungarian entity. In this role, your focus will be to apply your technical expertise to deliver high-quality financial operations while taking the initiative to work on clearly defined projects and make independent decisions on how to best execute your tasks. This role sits within the Controllership team and reports to the Senior Finance Manager in Hungary. You will be part of a hard-working, supportive, and collaborative finance team, working closely with various departments across the organization to gain exposure to multiple aspects of financial accounting.
Job Requirements Experience: 3+ years in accounting or finance with a relevant Bachelor's degree. Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of Hungarian GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, CIT, INNOV, Local business tax). Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus); ability to solve complex finance requests through data analysis. Communication: Strong English language skills with the ability to interpret and share financial insights. Industry: Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
