- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to enhance candidate selection and outreach.
- Develop talent pools and contribute to the growth of our employer brand.
- Source candidates for roles primarily in Sales, along with other business functions.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn & Otta for candidate sourcing and market mapping.
- Build relationships with passive candidates and provide market insights.
- Screen, assess, and schedule interviews for potential hires.
- Experience in a recruitment delivery role, either in an agency or in-house, with a focus on commercial non-tech volume hiring.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a natural curiosity.
- Ambition to develop new candidate attraction strategies.
- Ability to manage a high volume of roles and maintain a consistent recruitment pipeline.

The role entails partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support on candidate selection and outreach, developing talent pools and supporting in the continual development of expanding our employer brand. You will be sourcing suitable candidates to support volume hiring, primarily in Sales, but also across other functions. You will be using tools such as LinkedIn & Otta, and market mapping. You will be building relationships with passive talent via messages and calls, and understanding the external market to provide market insights. You will be screening and assessing potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a delivery role in a recruitment agency or within an in-house role focusing on commercial on-tech volume hiring. You should be competent using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to find candidates. You should have strong relationship building skills and a natural curiosity. You should have a desire to explore and create new candidate attraction strategies and the ability to work effectively and efficiently at pace and manage a consistent pipeline of live roles.
