Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in CRM environments, including at least 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is mandatory or must be capable of obtaining certification within 6 months.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, Donor Search, and familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
