Role Summary
- Manage CRM environments, especially Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, to aid our fundraising team spread over multiple continents.
- Maintain data quality, automate workflows, map technical architecture, and integrate with platforms like Donorbox and SAP.
Role Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in CRM environments, including at least 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is mandatory or must be capable of obtaining certification within 6 months.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, Donor Search, and familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

This role involves managing CRM environments, particularly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, to support our fundraising team across multiple continents. Responsibilities include data quality management, workflow automation, technical architecture mapping, and integration with external platforms like Donorbox and SAP.
