Role Summary

Role Requirements

The role: As a Projects and Operations Associate, you will be a strategy and operations expert responsible for leading the Recruitment Operations function. Your main tasks will include overseeing priority recruitment projects, ensuring successful execution, and leading change management efforts to maintain a unified approach across various recruitment priorities. You will report directly to the Recruitment Senior Manager and will be instrumental in converting team strategy into action.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management or operations, with a proven track record in leading change management initiatives. You should be able to analyze data effectively, provide recommendations, and have experience leading small teams. Experience working with diverse cultures and stakeholders is also required.
