Choose Love supports refugees and forcibly displaced people across the world, making sure they have what they need, when they need it. The support we provide ranges from lifesaving search and rescue boats, to hot, nutritious food, clothes and legal advice. We’re a small, agile and ambitious team who are powered by our vision of a world that chooses love and justice every day for everyone.

The role of Director of Partnerships and Fundraising involves collaborating closely with the Deputy CEO and CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to secure $5 million plus annually in fundraising goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating diverse and culturally relevant partnerships across sectors, including corporate, entertainment, and the arts.

Job requirements include a natural relationship builder and manager, demonstrable experience at a senior level in Fundraising and securing key Partnerships, ability to utilise an extensive network of relevant contacts, knowledge of culturally relevant trends and developments that result in public engagement and income, flexible and happy to work out of hours when needed, commitment to Choose Loves values and working to improve the lives of refugees and displaced people around the world, commitment to embedding an equality, diversity and inclusion lens in all your work, willing and able to travel as needed.
