Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:

●Processing supplier invoices, maintaining supplier relations and processing payments.

●Processing customer invoices, chasing overdue invoices and assisting with onboarding customers.

●Approving expenses for employees across the business.

●Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts.

●Assisting with the preparation of payroll.

You will be our ideal candidate if:

●You have experience processing supplier and customer invoices.

●You have experience processing payments and managing expenses.

●You have strong written and communication skills.

●Preferred: You have experience assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts.

●Preferred: You have experience using Xero, Pleo or Salesforce.
