  • Lead and inspire a Studio team to create impactful marketing campaigns, content, and patient communications.

The Role

We are looking for a bold and visionary Brand Manager to join our fast-growing health tech start-up. As a disruptor in the industry, our brand is strong, distinct, and purpose-driven, with the potential to revolutionise health for millions. We’re seeking someone with in-house experience to harness the power of our brand and elevate our advertising and content to new heights. If you’re a strategic thinker with a creative edge, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for making a real impact, this is your opportunity to be part of something extraordinary.

You will:

  • Inspire our Studio team consisting of copywriters and designers to execute highly creative marketing campaigns, articles, web/app content, patient-facing comms, packaging improvements, and more.
  • Serve as the crucial link between Marketing and the wider organisation, forging strong relationships across departments to align and execute brand initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the game by proactively planning and managing resources, timelines, and priorities based on business needs and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every moving piece is on track through impeccable organisation and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with our Brand & Marketing Director, Chief Creative Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll have exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as we scale
  • Be a source of inspiration for the team by bringing fresh ideas from the world around us—whether it's cultural trends, competitor marketing moves, or the latest in AI-driven innovation. 
  • Challenge the status quo—continuously refine our processes and tools to keep us nimble and future-focused

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven in-house experience as a Brand Manager, with a strong track record of managing creative processes from brief to final production.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The desire to help build and grow a brand that’s set to disrupt the health tech space in meaningful ways.
  • A genuine interest in the health and wellness space and understanding the impact a brand can have in transforming health habits and are driven by the opportunity to contribute to a mission with real purpose.
  • Strong experience in TV and has successfully led and managed high-impact TV and digital campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • You understand the nuances of both traditional and digital advertising channels, and have a deep knowledge of how to craft integrated campaigns that resonate with a broad audience.
  • You are data-driven and use insights to optimise performance across all channels.
