Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- Good understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tools, Windows and Android OS, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Foundational networking skills.
- ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications are preferred.

The Role: As the Country IT Operations Technician for our Zambia Program, you will manage IT Operations, Projects, and Services. Working alongside the Deputy Country Director, you will ensure that Zambia IT Operations align with One Acre Fund's Global IT Standards. Responsibilities include adhering to IT policies, resolving up to Tier 2 technical incidents, managing endpoint and network infrastructure, and leading medium-complexity IT projects.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have a good understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tools, Windows and Android OS, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), and foundational networking skills. ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications are preferred.
