The role of Retail Business Manager in London is a dynamic position responsible for leading a portfolio of shops through significant change projects and contributing to our evolving retail strategy. This role is crucial in providing clear direction on operations, inspiring shop teams, and optimizing operational success. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites across London including Barnes, Bermondsey, Blackheath, and others, with the flexibility to adapt as locations evolve.

We are looking for a candidate with substantial multi-site retail management experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive and deliver change. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, be experienced in retail development projects, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit focused on results. A full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly across London are required.
